No code changes in this release, rather a bump to Python dependencies to resolve a Python CVE related security issue: GHSA-rpm5-65cw-6hj4
To be clear, this was not exploitable within DLSS Updater specifically, but I've patched out transitive methods just to alleviate concerns nonetheless with this release.
