1. Update config/DB locations to be compliant with XDG.
2. Removal of forced sudo - this is now optional for system level Proton/Wine.
3. Fixes for Pyinstaller hook issues w/ Flet.
4. Updated AppImageX compatibility with a full runtime implementation.

This includes breaking changes as a result, it is advised you remove the old paths on your own if you ran the old version:

sudo rm -rf ~/.dlss_updater
udo rm -rf ~/.config/DLSS-Updater
