Changes in alpha 3:

• Fixes various crashes from the default arguments of on(), start(), etc. (#1838)
• Adds MutablePropertyType protocol to MutableProperty and DynamicProperty, with <~ support for both (#1832)
• Additional unit tests for Signal (#1826)
