Patch release for the six issues filed after 3.36.1.

Fixed

latest image tag lagging behind a release (#425). A merge and the version bump that follows it both built the image and both pushed latest; on 3.36.1 the older build finished last. The workflow now runs one build per ref at a time, latest is pushed only by a stable release tag build, and main builds push edge and the short commit sha.
Automation card showing a schedule that was not the one running (#427). A fresh install started with scheduling on a plain 24 hour interval counted from first login while the card showed 22:00 daily. The card now says what actually runs when a plain interval is stored (from SCHEDULE_INTERVAL, GITEA_MIRROR_INTERVAL or an older version), shows the stored timezone, and offers a one-click switch to the browser timezone.
Ignore Organization did not stop its repositories from syncing (#429). The organization's repositories are now ignored with it and restored on Include, and rediscovery skips ignored organizations. Cancelling a sync that is already running is still not possible; that part of #429 stays open.
Organization cards said Gitea for a Forgejo destination (#430).
Nix snippets missing the module import (#426).

A new configuration starts with scheduling off unless SCHEDULE_ENABLED=true, SCHEDULE_INTERVAL or GITEA_MIRROR_INTERVAL turns it on, matching the environment loader. Enable it from the automation card and it stores the clock schedule in your browser timezone. Existing configurations are not touched.

Docker: docker pull ghcr.io/raylabshq/gitea-mirror:latest or :v3.36.2. Nix and bare metal: pull main or the tag and rebuild. No migration.
