Changelog 12.17.0:

• Free Monitor: Add true, false and null recognition, with values 1, 0 and -1, in addition to numeric recognition from text responses (UART and Network).
• Added "phy": key to fine tune wifi protocols: https://github.com/RavenSystem/esp-homekit-devices/wiki/General-Configuration#wifi-phy-mode
• Now, wifi PHY fallback mode is not the default mode, because could cause performance issues in several network environments.
• ESP32, ESP32-C and ESP32-S:
  • Fixed wifi bandwidth issue that caused the use of 40MHz all the time.
  • Updated Installer firmwares with new wifi management.
  • Updated SDK version to ESP-IDF 5.5.4.
