Bugfixes

• #1448: The action server no longer logs Argument lists for run and extract_attrs_for_action_executor do not match up at startup when tracing is enabled, and the ActionExecutor.run span carries the action_name and sender_id attributes again. These attributes had been missing since 3.17.0.
