Mandatory Testnet Release
This release adjusts quorum sizes to match mainnet. It is a hard fork and will happen at block height 24280.
Make sure to have your wallet / daemons updated before block 24280!
To update:
- Stop your current wallet or daemon and start again with the below binaries, or a fresh build from: https://github.com/Raptor3um/raptoreum/tree/ft/rip-testnet
