What's Changed

• Added option to not remove any apps, or remove a custom selection of apps in Default mode.
• Added DisableRecall feature to the Default settings.
• Disabling telemetry now also fully disables optional and required telemetry in Microsoft Edge.
• Disabling ads & suggestions in Microsoft Edge now also disables shopping assistant, error navigation suggestions and tab organization suggestions.
• Fixed missing entry for the Quick Assist app in the README.
