Fixed OptiScaler install and uninstall not refreshing the Extras section — the installed/uninstalled state now updates immediately without needing a manual refresh.
Fixed DLL naming override toggle requiring a refresh to interact with after enabling or disabling — the overrides panel now rebuilds immediately after the toggle operation completes.
Fixed RTX 40 MFG Unlock not writing the UAL ini file (version.ini, dinput8.ini, etc.) on install — without it, UAL didn't know to load RTX40MFG.asi and ReShade would stop working. RHI now writes the required [GlobalSets] keys to the matching UAL proxy ini file automatically.
