• Added an Appearance settings pane — appearance (system, light, or dark), sidebar text size, sidebar icons, which smart feeds to show (Today, All Unread, Starred), and the article theme and text size (moved from General)
• Added a Timeline settings pane — text size, feed icons (automatic, always, or never), feed icon size, thumbnails, rows (full title with no preview, or title and preview in 1 to 6 lines), separators, fading read articles, and showing the feed name and date above the title
• Moved the Thumbnails setting from the View menu to Settings > Timeline
• Made rows fit their content (variable row heights) in timeline
• Made separators a regular setting (it was a hidden preference) — your existing choice carries over
• Gave the status bar a crisper top edge, a deeper gradient, and an etched, higher-contrast divider grip
• Made the main window’s split view dividers a little darker in light mode
