• Added notifications settings feature — long-press on an account in the Feeds list, choose Notifications, then toggle notifications per feed
• Fixed a bug where FreshRSS feed settings could get messed up. (This should heal itself, though not necessarily instantly)
• Made timeline fetches faster and use less memory for articles
• Added additional database cleanup code at startup — now gets rid of unused author data
• Reverted a webview-cache-emptying change (in 7051) that triggered an intermittent bug where the article view could be blank
