What's fixed
- 3.2.2 made streams laggy on some phones, and PyroWave streams dropped after a few seconds. On a Galaxy Z Fold7, AV1 at 120 fps showed only about 48 fps on screen, and every PyroWave stream ended within 3 to 10 seconds. 3.2.3 undoes the 3.2.2 changes in that path: the direct buffer hand-off, the submit-thread performance hint, the PyroWave swapchain pre-acquire, the GPU wait on the decoder sync fd, and turning GPU boost and chipset tuning on by default. Kept: the higher decode thread priority, allocation-free frame statistics, and Experimental MediaTek/Exynos chipset tuning, which is opt-in again. The undone changes will come back one at a time, each measured on phones first.
Everything else from 3.2.2 stays: the host menu, wake on every adapter, Sleep PC, client roaming (Experimental), the desktop PC page, the desktop decoding improvements, the TV design fixes and the TLS fix.
Tested. Lint, the unit tests and the desktop checks pass in CI on the tagged commit. The decoding fix has not yet been run on the Fold7.
The APKs are signed by CI with the Nightjar release key; the desktop packages (Windows zip, Linux tar.gz) are not signed. SHA-256 hashes of everything are in SHA256SUMS-3.2.3.txt.
