Maintenance and feature release:
- fix red errors when cryptocompare api fails and coins are used, which are not found
- improve pool/balance handling by blindly allow any exchange coin.
- lower minimum for listing miners in list
- add new parameter ShowBalancesDetails, set to 0 if you want your balances cosolidated downto BTC, only
- update miner EnemyZealot to v1.19 …
- fix add up of consolidated balances
- add backup divisors, if API fails
- add input for ShowPoolBalancesDetails
