Feature and maintenance release:
- add command "RemovePresets.bat": start this before the first run of "Start.bat" to avoid all default miner presets in miners.config.txt
- update core / optimize memory handling
As usual: press [U] to update, or exit RainbowMiner and start "Updater.bat" (or let RainbowMiner do the work, if you have set "EnableAutoUpdate" to 1)
