Shiny new things

Subscriptions in the Google Play version of Folo are now purchased through Google Play, with Play prices, Restore Purchases and management in the Play Store

Changes made offline or while the server is unreachable are kept and sent once the connection is back; only changes the server refuses are undone, and the app tells you
The timeline shows stored entries while its first page loads, and entry content that could not load offline appears once you are back online
Better iPad and landscape layouts: screens adapt after a window resize or rotation, narrow iPad windows use the phone layout, Social Media posts and the Plan screen keep a readable width, header buttons stay clear of the window controls, and the full-screen player fits in landscape
Follow links survive sign-in and two-factor authentication, preselect the view they ask for, and replace an earlier link's form
Links the in-app browser cannot show open in the system, and shared entry, list and profile links point to the right page
Clearer, translated errors for a failed pull to refresh, slow requests, AI summaries, unfollows, feeds or lists that don't exist, and refused sign-ins
Tapping the current tab again scrolls its list to the top
Signing out stops push notifications to the device
Analytics no longer receives your name, email or handle
New handles can contain only letters, numbers and underscores
