1. Refactor addNewDSMUser and forceEnableDSMTelnetSSH functions, fix the problem of not taking effect in some cases.
2. Add support for SATA SIL(Silicon Image Sil3114) driver.
3. Optimize the coexistence relationship between nvmesystem, nvmevolume and storagepanel addons.
4. Fix the problem that the fan mode cannot be changed for some models.
5. Fix the problem of automatic shutdown after enabling sensors addon on some motherboards.
6. Fix the problem that static IP setting does not sync to DSM system after first installation.
