Update ROKT SDK version to 6.1.5

fix(deps): pin navigation-compose to 2.8.9
SDK 6.1.5 no longer transitively pulls navigation up to 2.8.9, so the
stale 1.0.0-alpha08 declaration resolved to 2.4.0 (via
hilt-navigation-compose 1.0.0). That version is incompatible with
lifecycle 2.9.4 and crashed on launch in HomePage with
"CreationExtras must have a value by SAVED_STATE_REGISTRY_OWNER_KEY".
Pinning 2.8.9 restores the graph the app ran on with SDK 6.1.1.
