🔧 Bug Fix Release (v0.5.2)

This update fixes process cleanup issues and makes note links clickable in agent messages.

🐛 Fixes:

• 🔗 Clickable Note Links: Note links ([[note]]) in agent messages are now clickable and open the linked note. (#43)
• 🧹 Process Cleanup on Quit: Fixed an issue where claude-code-acp process would persist after closing Obsidian. (#47)

Simply update from v0.5.1 — no configuration needed.
