We have adopted QvRPCBridge as our new backend, so as to solve the deadlock problem of gRPC occurring in our macOS and Linux builds, whose name contains the suffix libqvb. The gRPC builds, with the suffix gRPC, however, have been preserved for those who have already worked out their own way to fix the problem.
We suggest that Windows users choose gRPC builds, and that macOS / Linux users choose libqvb builds.

It is known that libqvb builds will freeze GUI for about one second upon connecting to a host, but buggy gRPC will deadlock your GUI forever. Choose wisely.
