26.60 Support + NetherNet compatibility

• Adds support for 26.60 release version
• Adds compatibility for NetherNet networking in replacement of Raknet, and sets it as default network mode. You can temporarily revert this if needed by setting the config property net_mode to raknet. Can see the full list of new configuration settings on the Configuration wiki page.

NOTE: There are new setup requirements in order to run in NetherNet mode:

• A Java version of at least 17 is required
• If port forwarding, you will need to also forward port 19132 for TCP

Above does not need to be done if set to run in Raknet mode, but you will need to switch to NetherNet mode eventually for newer Minecraft client versions.
