Burn audio CDs from your library

- A new CD Burner page writes a running order from your library to a blank CD-R as a Red Book audio disc, on Windows, macOS and Linux. Gapless or with the usual two-second gaps, optional level matching across tracks, and CD-TEXT, so players that support it show track and artist names. Tracks you have not downloaded are fetched when the burn starts, without touching your offline library.
- Rehearse runs the whole burn with the laser off, so a running order can be checked without spending a disc. After a real burn the disc itself is read back instead of trusting what the drive reported while writing.
- Right-click a track, album or playlist and choose Add to CD to build the running order.
Album descriptions and comment tags on the album page

- The album page now shows the description your server holds for a release, under the genre tags. Long ones are trimmed to two lines with a link to read the rest in place.
- It also shows the comment tag from your files — notes like "Remaster 2024" that had nowhere to appear before. Shown only when every tagged track on the release says the same thing, so a note about a single track is never presented as one about the album.
Shuffle now applies to a list you start playing

- With shuffle switched on, double-clicking a track in an album, playlist or favourites now queues that whole list in random order, starting with the track you picked. Until now the list arrived in its own order while the shuffle button said otherwise.
- Switching shuffle back off puts the list into the order it had when you started it.
Clear the queue without stopping the current track
- Right-click the queue's Clear button to remove its history and upcoming tracks while the current track keeps playing from the same position.
Browse all your favourite albums as a grid

- Clicking Albums on the Favorites page now opens All Albums showing only your favourites, so hundreds of them can be browsed as a grid with sorting and filters instead of scrolling one long row.
Create and manage Navidrome shares inside Psysonic
- Enable sharing in the new Settings -> Integrations -> Navidrome section, then create public links from supported tracks, albums, artists, playlists, composers and the play queue without opening the server website.
- The new ND Shares page collects links from the selected servers with artwork, type and item counts. Play a share, add it to the queue, inspect its exact contents, copy or open the link, and remove it from the server in one place.
- Pasting or searching a managed share opens the same preview flow, while mobile and desktop navigation keep the page available wherever sharing is enabled.
Finding the switch for the artist photo in fullscreen

- The artist photo behind the fullscreen player can be turned off for every style — the switch just lives on another tab, under Integrations → Backgrounds. Settings → Appearance now says so next to the style picker and offers a button that opens that section directly.
Every genre a track carries, and its mood tags

- Song Info now lists all of a track's genres instead of the first one. Files are often tagged with several, and the album header showed them while the dialog did not.
- Two new tracklist columns, both off until you pick them in the column menu: Genres shows the complete set next to the existing single-genre column, and Mood shows the mood tags stored in the file (MOOD / TMOO).
- Song Info also shows those mood tags now. Its mood row used to appear only for tracks the app had analysed, so a tagged file showed nothing.
The queue scrolls while you drag a track to its edge

- Hold a dragged track against the top or bottom of the queue and the list scrolls along, so a song can be moved further than one screenful in one go. Until now that meant dropping it, scrolling, picking it up again, and repeating. It speeds up the closer you get to the edge, and the mini player behaves the same way.
Keep the play queue local on one device

- Settings → Integrations → Navidrome → Play queue sync can now stop this device from publishing or adopting the server queue, without changing local playback.
- Allow downloads now appears as a nested option only when Navidrome sharing is enabled, making it clear which feature it belongs to.
Select several tracks in the queue and move or remove them together

- Ctrl+click (Cmd on macOS) picks several tracks in the queue, Shift+click picks everything between two of them. Delete (Backspace on macOS) removes the picked tracks, and Ctrl+Z brings them back.
- Drag one of the picked tracks and all of them move together, in their order; drag them out of the queue and they are removed. A normal click still plays a track and lets go of the selection.
See the visualizer while you set it up

- Settings → Appearance → Visualizer now shows a preview above its controls, so the mode, colours, peak caps, sensitivity, responsiveness and frame rate can be judged right where they are changed.
- It follows whatever is playing. While nothing is, it runs a short built-in demo track instead — beats, a bassline and a quieter break — and a line underneath says which of the two you are looking at.
Device Sync can put every track in one folder

- Device Sync has a third choice under Layout: All files in one folder. Every track goes straight into the main folder of the device, named
Album Artist - Album - Track number - Title, for players that cannot browse folders. - Playlists are
.m3u8files in the same folder that point at those tracks, so nothing is stored twice. On a device synced with folders before, the old copies are removed once the new ones are in place.
Browse all your favourite artists on the Artists page

- Clicking Artists on the Favorites page now opens the Artists page showing only your favourites, just as Albums opens All Albums. Your view, credit mode and artist-image setting stay as they are.
Similar artists from your server when Music Network has none

- The artist page now lists the similar artists your server supplies whenever the service chosen under Settings → Integrations → Music Network finds none of its suggestions in your library, or when no service is set up there. Before, the section stayed empty in that case.
- The service you picked still comes first, and servers with AudioMuse keep leading with their own list as before.
Arrange the Favorites page your way

- Settings → Personalisation → Favorites page sections lets you reorder the sections of the Favorites page by dragging them and hide the ones you don't need, for example Top Artists by Favorites.
- The # column of the favourite songs can be switched off in the column menu of the list, like the other columns. In narrow windows it stays visible.
- Shuffle all sits next to Play all and plays the songs in the list in random order, filters included, or only the selected ones while a selection is active.
Search all of your Favorites without leaving the page
- The search box on Favorites now filters favourite artists, albums, radio stations, top artists and songs together. Compact result counts keep every category visible, and each non-song category can be expanded in place without navigating away.
Word-synced lyrics can flow without highlighting the whole word

- Settings → Lyrics → Word highlighting now has a Flow only option. It keeps the continuous colour fill but removes the instant glow around the whole active word. Step remains the default, and the existing Smooth appearance stays unchanged.

Navidrome migration progress keeps its styling during startup
- The startup screen shown during a large Navidrome canonical-ID migration could lose its layout and progress styling in packaged builds. It now stays readable and shows accessible progress throughout the blocking migration.
Artist top tracks can be dragged to the queue
- Tracks in the artist page's Top tab now support the same drag-to-queue interaction as the All tab, without turning the Play or Preview buttons into drag handles.
Navidrome share links copy reliably after creation
- Creating a Navidrome share no longer loses clipboard access while waiting for the server. Psysonic now uses the desktop clipboard directly and keeps the existing browser fallback for web builds.
Lyrics no longer sit on top of the track details in the fullscreen player

- In the Minimal style the lyrics panel could cover the track title, the artist and the "Next" line. It reserved a fixed amount of room for the block underneath, which is taller whenever the visualizer strip is shown — so with the strip on, the panel reached into the text. It now ends above however much room that block actually takes, and its lower edge fades out instead of cutting a line in half.
- In the Immersive style the scrolling lyrics stayed visible behind the cover art and the title instead of fading away behind them. How much they showed through depended on the window size and on whether the visualizer was on; now it is the same everywhere.
The dot between two artists sits straight again

- On a track credited to more than one artist, the dot between the names hung below them and stuck to the name in front of it. It is now drawn centred, with even spacing on both sides, and looks the same in a track row as in an album header.
Dropping a track in the queue no longer starts it

- Moving a song within the queue could leave it playing the moment you let go, because the release still counted as a click on the row. Dropping now only moves. The same stray click was possible wherever something is dragged — from an album into the queue, between playlist folders, in the settings lists — and is gone in all of them.
Navidrome library migrations recover after a failed reload
- A canonical-ID migration could leave startup blocked after a restart when completed browse data looked unfinished or old track-ID history formed a stale loop. Retrying now keeps the live track owner, repairs obsolete aliases and completes the migration instead of failing again.
Tracks dragged down the queue land where the line shows

The login logo stays put, and long names fit the cover cache table

Favourite artists and analysed BPM appear wherever you browse

- The favourite filter on Artists now finds artists saved through any credit, instead of showing no results. The Favorites page follows the active server group and updates as soon as a favourite is changed.
- Tracklists now use an analysed BPM when the file has no BPM tag, so Favorites and other lists agree with Song Info.
Album covers from Apple Music and Last.fm no longer replace your own

- The album artwork fallbacks under Settings → Integrations → Album artwork were meant for albums your server has no cover for, but they also replaced covers that were there — embedded in the files or as a
cover.jpg— often with art from a different album of the same name. They now step in only when the server has no cover at all, and your own art is never replaced. - Covers they had already put in place are removed on the first start after the update, and the albums show your server's art again.
- Apple Music and Last.fm are now off unless you switch them on, and they are switched off once for everyone who had them on by default. Switching one off later also removes the covers it supplied.
The Last.fm button on the artist page opens Last.fm

- Depending on how the server looks up artist information, the button could open the artist's own website instead of their Last.fm page. It now always leads to Last.fm, and it shows for every artist, also when the server sends no link.
Waveforms and loudness analysis now work beyond Navidrome

- Other Subsonic servers could play normally but never kept waveform or loudness analysis, so the same work was repeated on every play. Psysonic now uses their standard original-file download and stores analysis only after verifying that the response matches the file the server advertised.
- Existing Offline Library and Hot Cache files remain playable, but old files with no proof of origin do not write canonical analysis until they are revalidated or replaced. Navidrome still uses its raw-stream contract and never falls back to a potentially transcoded response.
Dropdown lists no longer shift when you move the mouse over them

- On macOS, a short dropdown list could shift by a couple of pixels whenever the mouse moved between its first and last entry. The list was sized two pixels too short for its own frame, which let it scroll by that much. It now takes exactly the room it needs.
Player bar buttons stay put after hovering

Rating stars keep their size with JetBrains Mono

- With JetBrains Mono selected under Settings → Appearance, rating stars were drawn much smaller on macOS. The font has no star of its own, and the stand-in came from a different source than for every other font. The stars now match the other fonts.
Your playlists show up under Add to Playlist again

- On some Navidrome setups, Add to Playlist said "No playlists yet" although the sidebar listed them all, and tracks inside a playlist could not be moved or removed. Psysonic could not ask Navidrome which playlists are smart playlists and, to be safe, treated all of them as read-only. It now falls back to what the server already reports for each playlist, so your own playlists can be edited again while smart playlists stay read-only.
The Last.fm button's hover circle is no longer cut off

- Hovering the Last.fm button next to the track title could cut off the right edge of its highlight circle, because the button sat right at the edge of its area. It now keeps a little room on that side.
The Orbit button's label stays put when you hover it

A backup now restores all of your settings

- Exporting a backup only carried part of your settings, so importing it left page layouts, tracklist columns, radio favourites, playlist folders, installed themes and the player bar at their defaults. Backups now carry all of them, and a backup taken before this release still restores what it holds instead of clearing the settings it never knew about.
Backups say up front that they hold your passwords

- A backup keeps your server passwords and scrobbler keys in readable form — that is what lets importing it put your logins back. So far that was only noted in the fine print of one of the three export modes, and not in the full export at all. Settings → Backup & Restore now shows it as a warning right next to the export buttons, for the modes that carry settings.
Device Sync settings survive a backup

- Restoring a backup brought your servers and preferences back but left Device Sync empty. The albums, playlists and artists you had picked, and the folder layout chosen for them, were never part of a backup and had to be set up again on every restore. They travel now.
- The device itself deliberately stays behind: the folder a sync writes to, the drive it was attached to and anything queued for deletion describe the machine the backup came from, so a restore never points Device Sync at a drive the new machine has never seen. You pick the target again, the selection is already there.
- Settings → Backup & Restore and the help entry now say what a backup does not include — downloaded music, caches and a connected sync device — instead of promising everything.
The search shortcut opens a collapsed search box again
- The search shortcut could focus a hidden desktop field while the header search was collapsed, leaving no visible place to type. It now opens the available desktop or mobile search control first.
Separate Navidrome libraries no longer collide during background sync
- Two Navidrome libraries can contain different tracks at the same relative file path. Background sync no longer mistakes those tracks for an ID change, repeatedly fails with an alias conflict or tries to fold one library's track into the other.
Participant-only artists open correctly from track credits

- Opening a guest performer, orchestra, choir or other artist credited alongside the primary artist could lead to Artist not found when library filtering was active. Their credited albums and tracks now appear within the selected library scope, with complete album counts and working artist links.
Seeking in streamed lossless tracks stays responsive
- Jumping through a streamed FLAC track could freeze playback while the audio thread waited for remote data. Seeks now prepare and buffer away from that thread, then switch over once audio is ready.
- Rapid timeline scrubbing keeps only the latest request and no longer lets an older seek, timeout or track transition overwrite the final position.
Cover buffering spinner no longer flickers on fast seeks
- Seeking or scrubbing through buffered audio no longer flashes the buffering spinner over the cover art in the player bar and queue panel. The overlay now uses a short 150 ms delay before showing, and clears immediately once playback data is ready.
Background library sync no longer fails while assigning music folders
- Assigning newly indexed tracks to their Navidrome music folder could occasionally abort a background sync with a duplicate artist-credit database key. Artist-credit partitions are now cleared together before they are rebuilt, so folder tagging completes regardless of processing order.
Server upgrades are recognised across the whole server group
- When several servers are selected together, Psysonic now refreshes the reported type and version for every reachable member instead of only the active one. Upgrading an inactive Navidrome server no longer leaves old capabilities in place until you switch to it or test its connection manually.
