Opt-outs persist across TRaSH restructures (preventive)
Fixed save paths that could lose deactivated CFs when TRaSH moves a CF
between direct profile inclusion and cf-groups. Mostly preventive;
existing profiles and rules keep working as before.

- Profile Builder export — Golden Rule group includes follow the variant
you picked. Previously, exporting a custom profile and viewing "Show
group includes" could list both[Optional] Golden Rule HDAND[Optional] Golden Rule UHDeven when you'd picked just one in the variant dropdown.
Now the export respects the variant choice; if no variant was picked, it
infers from the profile's allowed quality items.
