  strict-validator-compatible skills/agents component paths and a valid empty hooks record; init/upgrade
  auto-repair no longer builds optional disabled plugin bundle artifacts or silently writes Amazon Q user-global
  agent profiles; docs inventory, lockfile, and Roo-deprecation test expectations are refreshed for the CI gates.
