Extract contents to the root of the SD card used by the 3DS

• Added act system module IPS patch to point TEST environment accounts to Pretendo servers
• Added friends system module IPS patch to point TEST environment accounts to Pretendo servers
• Added homebrew app to switch between Nintendo and Pretendo accounts
