Twelve fixes backported from main onto the new release/4.1 line: mounted resource templates keep their list-style query parameters, FastMCPStdioTransport forwards script arguments, OpenAPI tools report timeouts and concise upstream errors (and reject undeclared arguments under strict validation), a missing prompt argument returns invalid params, and JSON Schema const/enum compare by JSON equality, so true no longer passes for 1.
