• moved the more important options to the left
• Quake Live: removing color codes from player names ("^1" ...)
• TOXIKK: fixed connecting to servers when Toxikk is started with "-log" parameter and has 2 windows
• TOXIKK: fixed connecting to servers when there is also a local dedicated server running
• remember server names for all favorite and static list servers
• moved all config settings to a INI file
