• Increased startup time difference from 30 minutes to 40 minutes.

• Implemented a fallback to the last cached data if a refresh fails or weather data cannot be fetched.
• Removed timeout from the cache as it will now be used if any operation fails.
• Removed gesture events from scrollable elements.
