Highlights:
- Game Features now load in the background! This should lead to much improved boot times
- Show Game Hidden icon when viewing Giveaway details, useful when going through trains
- Overhauled the Store page (swipe left in the giveaway detail page). This also fixes image layout issues in that page

- If a game was delisted, you now have the option to visit its SteamDB page instead
- Performance improvements in the Giveaway list page
Fixes:
- Fix too many requests when browsing Bookmarks, this could lead to "429 Too Many Requests" and infinite loading
- Fix "Hide Game" menu shown for already hidden games
- Fix Giveaway image getting cropped when viewing giveaway details
- Fix failure to load bundle details
- Fix loading group avatars, default group name to its url
