Started with a simple implementation of waterlogging support for NukkitX, now it has almost all blocks fully functional and many bugs fixes alongside with many new features.

Be aware that it is still under heavy development and being tested right now, issues may appear, so get prepared, make backups! And don't ask questions to NukkitX staff, they might not be able to help you with PowerNukkit.
I'm trying to setup the GitHub Actions and Packages for easier deployment. I might send it to JCenter in future.
