Transfer management

Share limits. Stop seeding at a ratio, after a number of minutes, or whichever comes first, then pause or remove the torrent. Global, and overridable per torrent. Off by default, so an upgrade cannot silently start pausing things.
Alternative speed limits with a schedule, and a turtle in the toolbar to throw the switch by hand.
Queue order from the toolbar or the context menu: top, up, down, bottom. A multiple selection keeps its own order.
File priorities — skip, normal, high, maximum — per file in the Files tab.
Tags: many per torrent, where a label is one.
Watched folder: drop a .torrent in and it is added, then renamed aside rather than deleted.
Incomplete folder: download to one place, move to the save path when finished.

Add, edit and remove a torrent's announce URLs from the Trackers tab, in announce tiers, editing the URL in place. Changes are stored in the database, not written into the .torrent.
The DHT, LSD and PeX rows now carry real seed and leech counts, attributed to the source that found each peer.

Rarest-first piece selection, applied within a file's priority rank so file order still decides what gets attention.
BitTorrent v2 seeding: incoming hash requests are answered from the torrent's piece layers, so someone else can bootstrap a v2 magnet from you. The v2 handshake bit goes on only for torrents that can actually serve.
BEP 17 HTTP seeding (httpseeds), beside the BEP 19 web seeds already supported.

Encryption, in pure Rust, over the whole settings file. The key lives in DPAPI on Windows and a 0600 file elsewhere, so there is no password to type, and a change made outside NanoTorrent is detected rather than silently accepted.
Export and import your settings, labels and filters as JSON. Passwords and plugin permissions are deliberately left out.

Queue order and the alternative-limits switch.
A per-torrent panel: the file list with its priorities, the Trackers tab as data, tags, and that torrent's own share limits.

Plugin windows can put up a form — text, numbers, checkboxes and dropdowns — instead of the single text field they had. It draws in the desktop window and the web interface alike.
The shipped RSS reader uses it: a full auto-downloader with must-contain and must-not-contain, regular expressions, an episode filter, a smart filter that takes each episode once, "ignore later matches for N days", labels, save paths, add-paused, and per-feed rules. Its own settings sit behind a Settings button.
New for scripts: now(), and add_torrent_url with a save path, a label and a paused flag.

Plugin windows never had their translations wired, so every caption the window itself drew was blank.
The Linux desktop notification now carries the real icon instead of falling back to a generic one when the .desktop entry has not been installed.
