Homelable 3.6.0

Hello, everyone!

In this release, we continue to add features and cools stuff the the Documentation Page with better update from scan and diff (big thanks to @kreativmonkey.

You can also now upload media to the documentation pages (drag image into page or use the /image or /pdf command)

Other than that, it's mostly a bunch of fixes here and there (thanks again to everyone who takes the time to open issues) and a few QOL improvements.

Full changelog

Features

  • Update a device document from its device: guided three-way merge that preserves user-owned sections and surfaces only true conflicts (#489, part of #484). Thanks @kreativmonkey!
  • Upload media into a documentation page from the / menu, by drop or by paste: PNG, JPEG, WebP, SVG as images, PDF as a link (#548, closes #541)
  • Duplicate a device from the inventory detail modal, with its hardware fields, properties and full front panel (#553, closes #481)
  • Per edge type animation speed and highlight colour in the Custom Style Editor (#555, refs #396)
  • STATUS_CHECKER_ENABLED env switch to turn off status and service checks, shown as disabled in Settings (#535). Thanks @Tomvis!
  • readOnlyHint / destructiveHint / openWorldHint annotations on every MCP tool (#536). Thanks @Tomvis!

Fixes

  • Status checks no longer fail with database is locked on larger inventories: one commit per cycle, and live status is broadcast independently of the save (#557, closes #539)
  • Importing a second Proxmox server, Zigbee2MQTT instance or Z-Wave controller no longer erases the links of the previous one; MACs without leading zeros now match, so a Proxmox guest is not filed twice (#558, refs #502)
  • A failed UniFi login says why: unreachable host or wrong port, timeout, MFA-enabled UI.com account, rate limit, rejected credentials (#554, closes #551)
  • UNIFI_HOST / UNIFI_PORT from .env are no longer ignored after a settings save; the UniFi connection config is env-only (#543, closes #538)
  • A Zigbee device drawn twice on a canvas gets its mesh link on the new card, and approved cards stay linked to their inventory row across a save (#542, closes #532)
  • Keyboard shortcuts detect a focused field through a shadow root and no longer fire while typing (#547, refs #546)
  • Security: linear-time parsing replaces two ReDoS-prone regexes in the document reconcile service, and flagged dependencies are bumped (#559)
  • 25 unit tests for the UniFi topology fetch (#514). Thanks @slmingol!
