Minor Changes

• 6848def: Add opt-in SwiftUI tap autocapture with captureSwiftUIElementInteractions, disabled by default and independent of captureElementInteractions. Enable it for element-level SwiftUI labels and accessibility identifiers; opting in changes SwiftUI tap recognition and element chains. Existing interaction autocapture behavior is preserved when the new option is disabled.
• 58372a7: Add POSTHOG_FORCE to upload-symbols.sh. Set it to 1 so the dSYM upload passes --force to posthog-cli (>= 0.7.12) and overwrites a symbol set that already exists with different content, instead of failing the build. It cannot be combined with POSTHOG_SKIP_ON_CONFLICT, which posthog-cli rejects.
• ec980e3: Add captureAutocaptureElementText to optionally omit autocapture control text while preserving the existing default.
