Fix parsing of `tx_hash` for bridgeEvents

Note, this is based on a branch and isn't an "official" version.
(With the newer metadata v14, the Polkadot.js changed the casing(snake vs camel case) of params. One such case is where tx_hash was changed to txHash. This handles the correct parsing of transaction hash.
Previously would crash on testnet block 4474034 when NO_NATIVE_GRAPHQL_DATA was not set)
