We've finally figured out shiny detection for PLA! (courtesy of Gin#2531)
To start things off, we have 3 new programs that can detect shinies using sound!
- Added PLA Nugget Farmer. (money farm!)
- Added Alpha Crobat shiny hunting.
- Added Alpha Gallade shiny hunting.
- Added PLA Self Box Trade.
- Improved support for stereo playback.
- Fixed a minor issue in the SwSh EggFetcherMultiple. (reported by Reginald C. Puppington III#7981)
- Fixed an issue with PLA Self Touch Trade. (reported by ZPL#2005)
- Fixed error when running Egg Autonomous with no language. (reported by itzApexis#4134)
Note regarding stereo support:
There is a quirk involving many USB capture cards that makes it difficult to determine which audio channel is left and which is right. (This includes the capture cards that we recommend in the wiki.)
If you find that the left and right audio channels are swapped, you should be able to flip it back by changing the auto format in the new dropdown menu.
This only affects audio playback. Shiny detection doesn't care since it only looks at the sum of the left and right channels.
