Added
- Bitrate Sort Step (kbps), a new setting under Stream Selection, default
500. When two streams of a channel match on resolution, frame rate and
audio, the one with the higher measured video bitrate is now placed first.
Before, they tied and kept their existing order, so a provider's "HEVC LB"
feed could stay ahead of its "HEVC HB" feed on every channel. Bitrates are
rounded down to the step before they are compared, so two streams within one
step keep their order and a small change between IPTV Checker runs does not
swap them. A stream with no measured bitrate goes after one that has one.
Bitrate never outranks source order, resolution or frame rate. Set 0 to turn
it off.
Fixed
- Sort, Preview and Match and Assign now use the settings on the form.
Demote Placeholder Streams, Placeholder Bitrate Floor and Enable
Throughput-Based Sorting were read from a saved copy that only Update
Schedule or a Dispatcharr restart refreshes, so a change to them could be
ignored until then. - A country is now read from names that use the left quarter block
character as a separator, such as "NL ▎NEDERLAND HD". Restrict
Matching To Same Country treated those streams as having no country and kept
them on channels of every country. Thanks to dillardblom (#69).
