• A Plugin Hub install now reads its saved settings. The plugin looked up
  its own settings row under the name stream-mapparr, but the Hub installs
  it as stream_mapparr, so on a Hub install the lookup found nothing. The
  check that takes the schedule from the saved settings when the settings
  file disagrees therefore never ran, and the scheduler used whatever the
  file held. The name is now worked out from the folder the plugin is
  installed in, the same way Dispatcharr names it. On a Hub install the
  saved schedule now replaces a disagreeing settings file at the next start,
  which is the behaviour a copied install already had.
