Fixed

• A West channel no longer receives the unmarked East feed. Reported as
  issue #55. A stream name with no East or West marker is the East feed in a
  US lineup, and an unmarked channel was already treated as East, but a West
  channel dropped only streams literally marked East. So the same feed was
  removed from Investigation Channel West when the provider wrote
  INVESTIGATION CHANNEL (EAST) and kept when it wrote INVESTIGATION CHANNEL. A West channel now keeps West streams only, in Match and Assign,
  Preview and Sort Alternate Streams alike. Expect the next Sort to remove
  those unmarked streams from West channels that also carry a West feed.
• When no West stream matches, a West channel that already has streams is
  left as it is. Before, every matched stream was assigned to it rather than
  none. That still happens for a channel holding no streams at all, where the
  choice is the East feed or nothing, and it is logged. Preview marks a
  channel that will be left alone instead of listing streams for it.
