Fixed
- A dead stream no longer keeps the video details of an earlier check.
When a stream failed to connect (a timeout, 403 Forbidden or a refused
connection), the check set its resolution to 0x0 but left the codec, frame
rate and bitrate saved by an earlier check that played. Dispatcharr then
showed old video details on a stream that does not play. A stream found dead
for any reason now has its saved stream details cleared. Streams that are
still dead are cleared on the next check; nothing needs to be done by hand.
Stream-Mapparr reads a cleared stream as dead, as it did before.
