Regex: Channel Names to Ignore, Regex: Mark Channel as Inactive and
Regex: Force Visible Channels are now always matched against the Dispatcharr
channel name, whatever Name Source is set to. Before this version they were
matched against whichever text Name Source selected, so setting Name
Source to Stream Name made a pattern written against the channel list quietly
stop matching the channels it was written for, and nothing in the run report said
so. Those three fields pick out a particular channel to skip, hide or keep
visible rather than read an event out of a name, and the stream bound to a
channel can be replaced on any M3U refresh, so they no longer follow Name
Source. Every other hide rule still reads the Name Source text, which is
what that setting is for.
Reported by ferteque in pull request 31, which is the source of this fix.
The Regex Field Matches count for Regex: Mark Channel as Inactive now
re-tests the same text the rule tests. It was reading the Name Source text
recorded in the report rows, so under Stream Name it could report that the
pattern matched no channels while the rule was matching them.

The help text on Name Source and on all three regex fields now says which
fields follow Name Source and which always read the channel name. The log
line warning that a regex field matched nothing says the same. docs/USER-GUIDE.md
has been updated to match.
