Fixed
- Matching actions no longer pause the rest of Dispatcharr while they prepare. Before matching, each action prepares every stream and database name once, and that step never paused for other work: on an installation with about 24,000 streams it held the Dispatcharr worker for over a second, so other requests and streams served by that worker waited. It now pauses every 500 names, so the worker keeps serving. Match results are unchanged.
