This release fixes various issues with alpha 2
- fixed haze/fog effects scale incorrectly
- fixed config creation not creating new configs when it should
- fixed flickering at the edge of the particle render distance
- fixed culling on forge
- readded ability to disable fabric registry sync
- readded particle rotation animation
- rain collision animation now only scales vertically
- added config button to mod list on neo/forge
- updated russian translation (ty mpustovoi)
