Fixed

• The v0.2.31-vaj APK was built with the com.termux application id and Termux manifest placeholders, so it installed into the com.termux slot and failed on first start with "failed to get package context for io.vaj.tl". This release restores the io.vaj.tl application id, manifest package name, arm64-v8a-only publishing, and the runtime-downloaded VAJ bootstrap (no embedded Termux bootstraps).

If you installed v0.2.31-vaj: it landed as com.termux, replacing any Termux/launcher install in that slot. Reinstall the com.termux edition APK from the v0.2.31 release over it (data is preserved), then install this APK — it installs separately as io.vaj.tl.

Feature changelog is unchanged from v0.2.31-vaj.
