A split keyboard that keeps the keyboard's glass and no longer pushes the dock around, text selection on the terminal's last lines, and a font size setting.

Terminal
- Settings › Appearance › Terminal fonts has a Font size row: step it or type the exact size you want. Thanks to @AbineshDev01 (#50, #51).
Changes
- The split keyboard keeps the keyboard's own glass behind it. Only the keys move to the sides, and the glass shows between them.
- To change page from the bottom of the terminal, hold the border or the space between the terminal and the dock, then drag sideways.
Fixes
- Switching to the split keyboard no longer pushes the extra keys row out of the dock (#49).
- A split keyboard stays split after the launcher restarts.
- Long-pressing the terminal's last lines selects text instead of changing page.

Shipped as nix-v1.0.3 and vaj-v1.0.3. Nothing was exclusive to an edition.
