For Chinese Users

If you're a Chinese user and the patcher isn't working for you, edit the main.config file so that steamLocaleArgs at the bottom is set to &l=schinese&_cdn=china_pinyuncloud.css (no quotes)

New editable css files

Files used for theming the loading throbbers are now patched.
The library file steamui\css\main.css is editable via steamui\main.custom.css and the friends file clientui\css\friends.css is editable via steamui\ofriends.custom.css`
Both currently require library patching to be enabled in order for them to be patched.
