Changes

• Added toast notifications when in tray (enabled by default, opt out in settings).
• In addition to checking on startup, if update checking is enabled also check once daily. (For people who leave their computers running 24/7)
• Misc style changes
• Fix window startup location when launching in tray, this will cause the window to pop up for a second before minimizing if you choose to minimize on startup without minimizing to tray but this configuration is not recommended.
