Changes

• Add option to run Steam on patcher start. This is useful to ensure that the patcher starts before Steam if you run the patcher on startup. Make sure to uncheck "Run Steam when my computer starts" in Steam Settings -> Interface if you're using Start With Windows & Run Steam On Startup in the patcher

Your settings will be reset with this update, but in the future due to changes that were made they should stick.
