Mostly just Linux and Mac fixes
- Fixed crash when starting Steam if Steam Directory is not properly set
- Fixed Steam Directory setting not being respected for starting Steam on Linux and Mac
- Fixed Steam starting and state monitoring on Mac
- Fixed issue where the Open File button would not work if the path contained spaces on Linux and Mac
- Linux and Mac builds are now distributed as .tar.gz files, which means you should be able to just extract and run SFP_UI without manually setting the executable permission.
- Updated Avalonia to 11.0-rc1
