✅ Added:
➡️ Added the ability to have timeSystem rank-up notifications only trigger on active chatters. Default enabled for new installs. Defaults to disabled for existing installs. Can be toggled with !time notifyactiveonly (gmt2001)

🌀 Changed:
➡️ Changed the Localization page on the panel to prefer the current language over English. The load order for each string is now Custom > Current Lang > English (gmt2001)

🛠️ Fixed:
➡️ Fixed an issue where triggering an invalid or non-existent GIF alert to the overlay could cause all future GIF alerts to not play and consume memory until the overlay was refreshed (gmt2001)

🗑️ Deprecated:
➡️ Multiple Java classes and methods are Deprecated for removal. Information can be found on the JavaDoc Deprecated List page
➡️ All legacy IRCv3 tags, or those which are manually set based on other tags, as defined in TMIMessage#parseLegacyBadges(String rawBadges) are Deprecated for removal. Use official tags from Twitch instead
