Changes
- GameVault 2 is now available on Windows, Linux and macOS.
- Download and install a specific version of a game instead of only the latest one.
- Linux: AppImage and .deb packages, native file manager integration, and the GStreamer plugins needed for sound effects and trailers.
- Windows games on Linux run through umu-launcher, with automatic setup, per-game Proton/Wine overrides, Wine prefixes and launch logs.
- Offline mode: play installed games and track playtime without a server connection, then sync once you reconnect.
- Streamer / OPSEC mode masks user names, emails, profile pictures and the server URL. Toggle it with Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+O.
- Native download progress in the Windows taskbar, macOS dock and Linux launcher.
- Downloads survive restarts and page refreshes: interrupted downloads resume automatically, paused or cancelled ones stay paused.
- Redesigned system tray menu with the current game, live playtime and your five most recent games. The Windows jump list offers the same shortcuts.
- Installed games: disk usage per download location, install timestamps, automatic launch executable detection, and cleanup of leftover files after uninstalling.
- Sign in with SSO directly in the desktop app.
- An "Update available" indicator, reliable switching between stable, early-access and unstable update channels, and platform-correct version matching.
- Dates and numbers follow the system locale.
- Administrators can delete other users' progress entries and view or delete individual game files.
- Added an "Open" button for download locations.
- Fixed various stability issues: playtime tracking across session refreshes and offline periods, umu-launcher setup, freezes during uninstall, scans or large folders, and downloads stalling.
- Fixed various UI issues: tab switching, the sidebar indicator, settings dialogs on small screens, and Escape handling.
- Game websites in Additional Metadata are now collapsed behind a "More" button when a game has more than three, keeping the panel compact.
- Fixed extracting UDF-only disc images (#36) and only the first URL appearing in Additional Metadata (#43).
