- Added support for Minecraft 1.19.70
- Implemented support for network encryption. It is highly recommended to enable this if you don't use a proxy software. Set encryption=on in server.properties to enable it.
- Fixed switching vehicle while riding one already
- Fixed walking mobs including ridden horses sometimes getting stuck on top of a cliff
- Fixed swimming mobs attempting to swim out of water
- Fixed anti noclip getting players stuck when walking on stairs or building up
- Fixed anti xray not unhiding blocks when player moves
- Fixed horizontal speed anticheat being ignored
- Fixed kill command not working properly if the target has absorption effect
- Fixed certain blocks not preventing fall damage
- Fixed an issue with flying mob movement
- Tweaked fishing loot motion
- Bonemeal can now grow seagrass & fern
- Using bamboo on a bamboo sapling will no longer act like bonemeal

- Scaffoldings can now build up
- Withers can now break blocks (set mobGriefing gamerule false or explosion-break-blocks off to disable)
- Config: check-op-movement was removed and defaults to enabled
- Config: max-mtu is now 1400 by default for new installations
- Config: skin-change-cooldown is now 20 seconds by default for new installations
